It’s time to Celebrate Illuminate and the River District has decked the halls with plenty of sparkle and shine! Kick off the festivities at Grand Illumination on Friday, Dec. 5, with activities and events that showcase the spirit of the holidays. Not only are restaurants, shops, museums and attractions decorated and bursting with holiday cheer, there are free horse and carriage rides and more twinkling lights than ever before.
